Terms of Service

1. General Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute an agreement between you ("Customer") and Income in Click Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we") for the use of the Jarvis service ("Service").

By subscribing to the Service, you accept this Agreement in its entirety.

2. Services Provided

Jarvis is a Managed Server Platform that provides customers with:

• A Virtual Private Server (VPS) with a pre-installed AI agent ready to use
• A web-based chat interface for commanding the AI agent
• Domain and subdomain management
• Ongoing software and skill updates

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for everything on their server, including:

• All data, files, and content on the server
• Applications and services installed or built on the server
• Use of the AI agent and results produced by it
• Security of data and server access

If any illegal data or content exists on the customer's server, the customer is solely responsible, not the Company.

4. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities
• Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Attacking computer systems or networks
• Storing or distributing child exploitation material

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service immediately if prohibited use is detected.

5. Payment and Cancellation

• Service fees are billed monthly via automatic credit card charge through Stripe
• Customers can cancel their subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of the paid billing period
• When the billing period ends, the server will be deleted and data cannot be recovered
• Expiry reminders will be sent via email in advance
• If payment fails, the Company reserves the right to suspend the service until payment succeeds

6. Claude AI Subscription

Using the AI agent on Jarvis requires a Claude subscription (Pro or Max) from Anthropic, which must be paid directly to Anthropic. The Company does not provide AI access.

7. Company Access to Servers

The Company has SSH access to customer servers for the purposes of:

• Software updates and security patches
• Technical troubleshooting when requested by the customer

The Company will not access customer data unnecessarily.

8. Domains

• Domains purchased through Jarvis are the customer's property and can be transferred out
• Customers have 60 days after cancellation to transfer their domains
• After 60 days, domains will be allowed to expire normally

9. Data and Export

• All data on the server belongs to the customer
• Customers can export their data at any time while subscribed
• Please export data before subscription expiry

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee 100% availability or zero data loss. Customers should back up important data independently.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms. Customers will be notified via email 30 days in advance.
